friendly, knowledgeable service. Quite simply - fresh food cooked well with
style and imagination. Rene Reunier and Paul Driver-Dickerson cook memorable
dishes and Andrew Parffrey and the front of house team ensure that you are
looked after. Andrew will guide you through the wine list and recommend
suitable wines for your enjoyment. The feature is the wood burning oven where we roast the
meat and fish to order producing a unique flavour and texture. We look

in fresh fish from Newlyn in Cornwall - there is always a superb display.-
see current menu for choice The fish
counter is also available for retail please call for availability and price
for next day collection. scallops, mussels, prawns, lobsters and crabs always
available. The Cornish halibut is particularly fine at the moment. Our meat
selection is supplied by our butchers - Jesse Smiths - famous for supplying
top quality meats around the Cotswolds for generations. Wherever
possible we source local producers and suppliers. Please do
request any favourite dishes or fish when you book and we will do our best to
accommodate you - 2 days notice is ideal. We do ask
any tables of 10 or more to pre order. Service
charge is discretionary. |
