  • Aperitif? Try a chilled dry Oloroso sherry or Alsace Gewurztraminer

    figs, shaved parmesan, pine nuts, sherry dressing


  • Seared beef fillet carpaccio

    with fine bean, braised celery and shaved parmesan salad
