Glass of sparkling wine on arrival

 

(GF) Celeriac soup with hazelnut oil and parsley

Homemade breads and Netherend Butter

 

(GF) Gin cured salmon with beetroot, horseradish cream and baby leaves

 

Ham hock terrine, balsamic pickled shallots, watercress and crispbreads

 

To follow

All served with seasonal vegetables on the table

 

Roast Madgetts duck or turkey, thyme roasted potatoes, pigs in blankets, chestnut and cranberry stuffing, and pan gravy

 

Roasted cod fillet, spiced puy lentils, pak choi and roasted salsify, coriander oil

 

(V/GF) Butternut Squash risotto, pecorino crisp, sage and truffle ricotta

Spiced fruit sticky toffee pudding, Cornish clotted cream

 

Dark chocolate cremeaux, caramelised hazelnuts and cherry sorbet

 

Vanilla crème brulee, almond shortbread, apple and cranberry compote

Deposit of £20 per head taken on booking (refundable up to the 10th December).  Pre order to be received no later than one week before Christmas day).  All prices inclusive of 20% VAT. Please advise of any allergies before ordering. 10% service will be added to the final bill.
