To start

Creamed celeriac soup with hazelnut oil and parsley

Gin cured salmon with beetroot puree, horseradish cream and baby leaves

Ham hock terinne, balsamic pickled shallots, watercress and crispbreads

North Cerney goats cheese panna cotta, pickled walnuts and port gel and rocket

 

To follow

Whole roast partridge, chestnut stuffing, duck fat potatoes, brussel sprouts, carrots and pan jus

Roasted cod fillet, spiced puy lentils, pak choi and roasted salsify, coriander oil

Confit leg of duck, braised fondant potato, red cabbage, carrot -anise puree, pancetta and red wine

Butternut squash risotto, crisp sage and ricotta

Mowels Farm 28 day aged ribeye steak, red wine shallot and Stilton butter, flat mushrooms and hand cut chips  (£5.00)

Spiced fruit sticky toffee pudding, Cornish clotted cream

Dark chocolate cremeaux, caramelised hazelnuts and cherry sorbet

Vanilla crème brulee, almond shortbread, cranberry and apple compote
