The Cornish halibut is particularly fine at the moment. Our meat selection is supplied by our butchers - Jesse Smiths - famous for supplying top quality meats around the Cotswolds for generations. Wherever possible we source local producers and suppliers. Please do request any favourite dishes or fish when you book and we will do our best to accommodate you - 2 days notice is ideal.
