We came across Jesse’s bistro purely by accident. What a treasure it is … Situated in a quaint little courtyard. The food was outstanding (soufflé starter amazing)!!! The mains were just as wonderful. The service fabulous and the ambiance just lovely. Jesses bistro has an open kitchen and a wood fired pizza stove the two chefs working on the day we visited (young man and a young lady) were very professional in their approach, cooking and manor. If you are visiting Cirencester and require beautiful food put ‘Jesse’s Bistro’ in you phone find it and enjoy!!!! I would add that it is probably not the place for young children?!? And it’s not the cheapest place to eat but worth every ££ you spend … I hope if you visit you enjoy it as much as we did !!!
I have only been here twice and keep forgetting it as it is tucked away. The service is great the atmosphere is great and the service and food are delicious with a great choice of wines. Be back soon.
We have visited this Bistro a few times in the last Year and have always had great food and impeccable service. Locally sourced ingredients and the legendary quality of the Smith & Castle butchers from across The Cotswolds, guarantee a great culinary experience. Our family dinner on Xmas Eve was superb. Would strongly recommend.
I’m going to stick my neck out here, and say this was one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. We eat out a lot, and am happy to say that my Cornish Hake with a lobster and saffron mash and buerre noisette was sublime. So perfect in fact that we asked to send our thanks to chef, only to discover that he was away for the weekend and that the kitchen was running without him. Full credit to the entire time that with the boss away the food was coming out at such an exceptionally high standard! I would recommend Jesse’s to everyone. Truly superb.
