Roasted cauliflower veloute with smoked bacon, Cornish crab rarebit


(V) Twice baked cheese soufflé, (to share) spiced walnuts, apple and braised celery salad

Truffle buttered chicken liver parfait, Onions, watercress and crispbreads

Citrus cured Salmon, wasabi and avocado, radish, cucumber, caviar and lime oil


Madgetts Duck to share, duck leg pie, turnip and potato terrine, braised chicory, carrot and anise purée, jus

Cornish Cod fillet, saffron potato, braised fennel, crisp prosciutto, mussel chowder

Mowles Farm 28 day aged Dexter Angus sirloin steak, Red wine shallot and Stilton butter, watercress, hand cut chips, roasted flat mushrooms

(V) Thyme gnocchi, butternut purée, with shaved Berkswell cheese, crisp poached egg, rocket
